Elcometer 1941 PAT™ 20kN & 40kN Adhesion Testers Standards

A 20 or 40 kN manual hydraulic tensile adhesion tester for testing of coatings (including thermal sprayed coatings), on test panels, sprayed components.

Designed for testing with 50mm diameter test elements and with the square 50 x 50mm test element for adhesion testing of tile adhesives and other cementitious materials.

The gauge, in conjunction with a test fixture, can also be used in accordance with ASTM-C633 (two test cylinders glued together).

  • Portable and simple to use

  • Produces comparable test results in the laboratory and on site

  • Precision gauge with both MPa (N/mm²) and PSI reading

  • Testing of coatings, concrete tensile strength, ceramic tile adhesives, road surface materials, linings

The Elcometer 1941 is supplied in an aluminium carry case, complete with a Calibration Certificate and:

  • Hydraulic Pull-Force Pump

  • Testing Head 20kN or 40kN (depending on gauge)

  • Adaptor for 50mm, 70.7 and 50 x 50mm diameter elements·

  • Quick Release Type Testing Head

  • Testing Support Platform

  • Hydraulic Cable
