We have supplied, repaired, serviced and arranged calibration of quality-control instruments since 1946. Calibration is carried out at manufacturer facilities and partner calibration laboratories, and BAMR manages the whole job - quote, booking, logistics and return - so you never chase a lab. Every instrument comes back with a calibration certificate traceable to national standards.

Coating Thickness Gauges
Magnetic, eddy-current and ultrasonic DFT gauges across the Elcometer ranges and equivalent third-party instruments - Type 1 mechanical and Type 2 digital.
Adhesion Testers
Pull-off and cross-hatch adhesion testers calibrated against reference standards, including the Elcometer 106, 107, 506 and 510 series and compatible instruments.
Surface Profile & Roughness
Profile gauges, replica comparators and contact-stylus roughness testers used in surface-preparation QC.
Environmental & Climatic
Dewpoint meters, hygrometers and anemometers for coating-window monitoring - critical where climate records must be defensible on offshore and refinery work.
Viscosity & Physical
Flow cups, Krebs-Stormer viscometers and coating-hardness testers, calibrated to the manufacturer's specification with a traceable certificate on return.
Ultrasonic & NDT
Ultrasonic material-thickness gauges and corrosion-monitoring instruments, returned with a recommended recalibration interval on the certificate.

How calibration works.
One phone call starts the job and a certified instrument ends it. In between, BAMR handles the quote, the booking, the logistics both ways and the paperwork.

We manage the calibration
Each instrument goes to the manufacturer's facility or a partner calibration laboratory matched to the instrument type. We handle the dispatch, tracking and turnaround - you deal with BAMR throughout, not the lab.
Certificate issued
Each instrument returns with a calibration certificate traceable to national standards, showing the as-found and as-left data, the reference standards used and the date.
Returned ready to use
Your instrument comes back ready for site or lab work. Any out-of-tolerance findings are documented on the certificate, with a recommended recalibration interval so you know when it is next due.
