The Blast Nozzle Rubber Gasket 25 pack is a set of replacement sealing gaskets for Elcometer blast nozzles, supplied in quantities of 25 across a range of sizes. The gasket sits between the blast nozzle and the nozzle holder, sealing the joint so that air pressure and abrasive are not lost at the connection. Pressure loss at this point reduces blast efficiency and consumes more abrasive and air, so a correctly fitted gasket helps keep the system working at the intended pressure.
All Elcometer blast nozzles are supplied with a rubber gasket suitable for use with nylon blast nozzle holders, and Elcometer aluminium blast nozzle holders are supplied with the correct gasket for use with Elcometer nozzles. This 25 pack covers replacement of those gaskets as they wear.
The pack is offered in several configurations. MT29212-13F-25 has a 19mm Fine thread type and suits both aluminium and nylon holders. MT29212-25CN-25 and MT29212-32CN-25 both use a 51mm Contractor thread type for nylon holders, while MT29212-2532CA-25 uses a 51mm Contractor thread type for aluminium holders. Match the part number to the thread type and holder material in use. Used in surface preparation and blast cleaning for coatings and corrosion-protection work, and supplied by BAMR, South Africa's authorised distributor of Elcometer instruments.

Elcometer aluminium blast nozzle holders are supplied with the correct rubber gasket for use with Elcometer blast nozzles. Available in packs of 25 and for a range of sizes, Elcometer rubber gaskets should be placed in between the nozzle and the nozzle holder to help reduce loss of pressure.
