The Blast Nozzle Rubber Gasket 5 pack is a set of replacement sealing gaskets for Elcometer blast nozzles, supplied in quantities of five across a range of sizes. The gasket is placed between the blast nozzle and the nozzle holder to seal the joint and help reduce loss of pressure at the connection. Pressure escaping at this point lowers blast efficiency and wastes air and abrasive, so keeping a sound gasket in place helps maintain consistent blast performance.

All Elcometer blast nozzles are supplied with a rubber gasket suitable for use with nylon blast nozzle holders, and Elcometer aluminium blast nozzle holders are supplied with the correct gasket for use with Elcometer nozzles. This 5 pack provides smaller-quantity replacements as the gaskets wear in service.

The pack is offered in several configurations. MT29212-13F-5 has a 19mm Fine thread type and suits both aluminium and nylon holders. MT29212-25CN-5 and MT29212-32CN-5 both use a 51mm Contractor thread type for nylon holders, while MT29212-2532CA-5 uses a 51mm Contractor thread type for aluminium holders. Match the part number to the thread type and holder material in use.
