Elcomaster Software is Elcometer's data management software and mobile app for inspection data management, reporting and quality assurance. Elcomaster Software connects to a full range of Elcometer gauges so that what you do with the collected data, not just the act of measuring, becomes part of a controlled workflow.

Inspectors can spend a significant part of the working week producing reports. Elcomaster Software reduces that by generating professional, bespoke reports in seconds, even on site, using standard or pre designed templates. Connecting a gauge through the gauge wizard and downloading data via Bluetooth or USB is fast, and existing paper reports can be scanned in and arranged by drag and drop. Output can be exported, printed, saved to PDF or emailed directly at the click of a button.

Data is stored in a simple file tree by project and by inspection type. On screen analysis includes histograms, statistics, measurements, limits, notes, diagrams and photographs, and data can be exported directly to Microsoft Excel, CSV, TXT and Cqatk formats to save time and prevent keying errors. Multiple inspection parameters such as dry film thickness, surface profile, climate, adhesion and gloss can be combined with images and notes into one quality report for the Elcomaster Software. Cloud technology gives multi site access and real time quality control monitoring of inspection projects in any location.

Elcomaster Software is supported across instruments including the Elcometer 456, 500, 355, 319, 130, 224, 510, 480 and the MTG and PTG ultrasonic gauges, with two generations of the Elcomaster Software, ElcoMaster 2.0 and New ElcoMaster, depending on the model. Elcomaster Software is supplied and supported by BAMR, South Africa's authorised distributor of Elcometer instruments.
