The Elcometer 100C Contractor Portable Abrasive Blast Machine, part number M100B-G, is a 100 litre portable blast pot rated to a maximum working pressure of 12 bar. It suits mobile contractors who need continuous, high production blasting and equipment that is straightforward to maintain.

In contract blasting, downtime and abrasive wastage erode margins, so reliable airflow and easy servicing matter as much as raw output. The Elcometer 100C uses industry standard remote control valves, grit valves and standard bore 32 mm pipework throughout for consistent airflow performance. The Elcometer Automatic General Valve has a built in fail safe that shuts off both the blast stream and media flow at the handle quickly and safely, reducing wastage. A high flow concave dish with deflector plate speeds filling, a 45/90 degree fast flow cone maximises abrasive flow rate, and a high performance moisture separator keeps water and oil out of the pot. Large doorway inspection access, wide enough to fit both arms, makes inspection and servicing easy, and optional sieves and lids keep media dry.

The pot holds 100 litres, equivalent to 234 kg of garnet grit or 440 kg of steel shot, with a 508 mm pot diameter and a weight of 153 kg. It measures 1175 mm high, 704 mm wide and 865 mm deep, is fitted with a Standard Grit Valve, and operates from 0 to 60 degrees C.
