The Elcometer 200 Fluid Supply System Drum Covers are stainless steel covers for 200 litre storage drums, used to draw, transfer and keep coating material homogeneous straight from the drum. They solve a common spray-shop problem: getting a consistent, well-mixed supply of paint or fluid out of a bulk drum without settling, contamination or wasted material.

Each cover is engineered from stainless steel for a secure fit on a 200 litre drum and can be specified with a rotary agitator, an Elcometer transfer pump, or both. The base Elcometer 200 Drum Cover (PT30990301) is the cover alone, while the version with rotary agitator (PT30990302) keeps the stored product homogeneous. Pump-equipped variants come fitted with an air inlet regulator: the Kara 40 double diaphragm transfer pump version (PSD140AS-C), the Kara 40 with rotary agitator (PSD140AS-C-RA), the Hudson 60 long stainless steel piston transfer pump version (PSP160LAS-C) and the Hudson 60 long with rotary agitator (PSP160LAS-C-RA). This lets you match the cover to the fluid and the throughput required, from simple agitation to a full agitated and pumped supply.
