The Elcometer Internal Pop Up Valve is a pressure sealing component that ensures fast pressurisation of Elcometer blast machines. Quick, reliable sealing at the top of the blast pot is what lets a machine come up to working pressure without delay, keeping the blasting cycle efficient and the pressure stable during operation.

The valves are automatic pressure sealing pop-up valves fitted with reinforced metal guards, which makes them hard-wearing in the abrasive environment inside a blast pot. The range covers the Elcometer Pop Up Valve with internal shaft (part number MT28622), suitable for use with all Elcometer blast machines, and the matching seating O-ring (MT28627). Both are universal, fitting across the Elcometer blast machine range.

Model-specific 25mm pop up shafts are also available for individual machines, including the Elcometer 1020, 1440, 1460, 20100, 24200 and 24285, in both PED and ASME variants, so the correct internal shaft can be matched to the pressure vessel standard and machine in use.
