The Elcometer RCV4000 Exhaust T Assembly 25mm (part number MT29680, or MT29680N for NPT / NPSM thread) is a complete exhaust T fitting, supplied with its exhaust plug, for use on the Elcometer RCV4000 remote control valve fitted to abrasive blast machines. On a blast machine the exhaust T routes the high-velocity discharge of air and abrasive, so it sits in one of the most aggressive wear paths on the equipment.

That abrasive flow gradually erodes the fitting. Rather than scrapping the whole assembly each time the wear face fails, the Elcometer RCV4000 Exhaust T Assembly 25mm is built with a sacrificial wearplate nut. The nut takes the brunt of the abrasion and can be swapped out in seconds, which keeps maintenance fast and reduces the cost of consumable parts over the life of the machine.

The Elcometer RCV4000 Exhaust T Assembly 25mm is available in two thread forms to suit the machine specification: BSP thread under MT29680 and NPT / NPSM thread under MT29680N. Replacement exhaust plugs are stocked as spares for the Elcometer RCV4000 Exhaust T Assembly 25mm, with MT29681 for PED machines and MT29681N for ASME machines, so the worn plug can be renewed independently of the body.
