The Elcometer RIGA Horizontal Bellows is an air assisted airless horizontal bellows pump with a smooth bellows action for uniform material flow and multiple spray gun feeding capability. The Elcometer RIGA Horizontal Bellows is built for automated paint lines and flat bed coating systems where coating stability matters, and the gentle bellows action prevents the bubbling that occurs when shear sensitive materials such as varnishes, UV-cure coatings, high-solid waterborne and solvent based coatings are pumped too aggressively.

The enclosed bellows design of the Elcometer RIGA Horizontal Bellows has no exposed seals or packing, so there is no air or moisture contamination, which suits moisture sensitive coatings. The fluid section is stainless steel to handle solvent and waterbased coatings, the body and cylinder housing are aluminium, and the centre section is hard chrome stainless steel. The range for the Elcometer RIGA Horizontal Bellows covers RIGA H10, H15 and H25 with ratios of 10:1, 15:1 and 25:1, all sharing a maximum fluid particle size of 0.25mm, a 4.4 to 60 degree C fluid temperature range, a 42mm stroke and 105.55 cc output per cycle giving 9.75 lpm free flow delivery at 60 CPM. Maximum fluid outlet working pressure rises across the models from 66bar on the H10 to 82bar on the H15 and 148bar on the H25.

An anti-pulse fluid filter and fluid and air regulator are fitted as standard for a constant spray pattern and uniform film thickness. Each Elcometer RIGA Horizontal Bellows mounts on a trolley with built-in hose and gun rack, or can be unbolted for wall mounting. A Sagola Mini Xtreme Mix spray gun is available with the pump.
