The Elcometer RIGA Vertical Bellows (RIGA V25, part number PSPB25AAA-T) is an air assisted airless pump with a vertical bellows whose gentle pumping action, combined with reduced sealing surfaces, supplies shear-sensitive materials such as UV coatings and waterborne materials without damaging them. It is built for automated paint lines where coating stability and consistent supply are critical, and the smooth bellows action gives uniform paint flow where conventional pumping would degrade the material.

The Elcometer RIGA Vertical Bellows runs at a 25:1 ratio with a maximum fluid outlet working pressure of 176 bar, a 44mm stroke, 42.33 cc output per cycle and 2.54 lpm free flow delivery at 60 CPM. It handles a maximum fluid particle size of 0.25mm over a fluid temperature range of 4.4 to 60 degree C, with a low air consumption air motor for improved efficiency and low running costs. Wetted parts include polyamide seats, stainless steel balls, an aluminium body and cylinder housing and a hard chrome stainless steel centre section, supporting a wide variety of fluid types.

There are no exposed seals or packing, reducing maintenance and contamination, and the Elcometer RIGA Vertical Bellows flushes through easily for fast colour changes. An anti-pulse fluid filter and fluid and air regulator are fitted as standard for consistent spraying. The pump weighs 9.7kg on its own, or 12kg wall mounted with suction hose, and mounts on an ergonomic trolley with built-in hose and gun rack or can be unbolted for wall mounting.
