The Fine Media Ball Vibration Kit (part numbers MT29524 and MT29961) is an accessory that fits to the built-in vibration plate on an Elcometer Abrasive Blast Machine to allow the use of lightweight, non-aggressive blast media such as baking soda, corn cob or stone powder.

Fine and lightweight media do not flow freely through a blast machine the way heavier abrasives do; they tend to bridge and clog rather than feed steadily. The Fine Media Ball Vibration Kit drives the vibration plate so the media is kept moving and flows reliably into the blast stream, which makes soft and delicate blasting jobs practical on standard Elcometer equipment.

The Fine Media Ball Vibration Kit is supplied in two sizes to match the machine's ball valve fitting: a 0.5 inch fine media pneumatic ball vibration kit with BSP thread (MT29524) and a 1.5 inch version with BSP thread (MT29961).

The Fine Media Ball Vibration Kit is used by blasting and surface preparation operators handling soft or non-aggressive media for cleaning and restoration work where harsh abrasives would damage the substrate. Supplied by BAMR, South Africa's authorised distributor of Elcometer equipment.
