The GV and AGV elcoTOUGH Rubber Valve Liner 25mm is a replacement liner for GV and AGV universal pinch valves, used to meter abrasive materials through the valve. It is available in three pack sizes: single (part number GV-LINER1), pack of five (GV-LINER5) and pack of twenty (GV-LINER20).

Pinch valve liners wear out because the material passing through them is abrasive, and a worn liner means lost metering accuracy and unplanned downtime to swap it. The elcoTOUGH liner is made from tough, abrasion resistant natural rubber and lasts more than three times longer than a standard liner, which extends the interval between replacements and keeps the valve metering reliably for longer.

When a change is needed, the GV & AGV elcoTOUGH™ Rubber Valve Liner 25mm can be replaced quickly without disconnecting or removing the valve from the machine, so the line is back in service with minimal interruption.
