The Elcometer Nylon Quick Hose Coupling (NQC range) attaches to the end of a blast hose to create a solid, secure connection with consistent flow. A reliable coupling improves safety and extends hose life, since a loose or poorly sealed joint risks separation under pressure and disrupts the steady media flow that blasting depends on.

Each coupling is supplied with springlock safety clips, a gasket and coupling screws, so the connection is sealed and locked on assembly. The couplings are rated for blasting use but are not recommended above 12 bar working pressure.

The range is matched to hose size. NQC-19 has a 19mm internal diameter and 34mm outside diameter for BH19 hose; NQC-25 is 25mm internal and 38mm outside diameter for BH25 hose; NQC-32 is 32mm internal and 48mm outside diameter for BH32 and BH32X hose; and NQC-38 is 38mm internal and 56mm outside diameter for BH38 and BH38X hose. Replacement coupling screws are available as MT28723 for BH13 nozzle holders and quick hose couplings and MT28724 for BH19 and larger holders and couplings, and the matching springlock safety clip is also available separately.
