Elcometer Protovale 331 CoverMaster Software is the data management and reporting package supplied free with each Elcometer 331 2 covermeter in Models HM, SH, TH and THD. It simplifies setting up the covermeter and moves cover and Half-Cell data off the gauge and into a structured archive, removing the manual re-keying of readings that slows down a reinforced concrete survey and introduces transcription errors.

Batch data downloads directly from the Elcometer 331 2 and is displayed in grid or linear form. A header page records the site details, including Batch ID, creation date, site name, location, engineer name, customer name and notes. A reading review screen highlights out of range figures in red, and data can be translated into a topographic view, shown in colour or greyscale with reading values in each grid cell. Where a survey uses both cover and Half-Cell measurements, both can be plotted on the same topographic chart for direct comparison.

Reports are fully customisable with your own logos, photos and memos, built quickly from the included templates and Windows style interface, then saved to PC, printed or exported as PDF for email. CoverMaster links directly with photographs, Excel, Word and PowerPoint files, so survey notes, inspection reports and supporting documents are archived in one place.
