About this product

The Gamry Reference 3000 is a potentiostat, galvanostat and zero resistance ammeter (ZRA) for electrochemical measurement in the laboratory. It supports 2, 3 or 4 cell connections and is floating, meaning it is isolated from earth.

Maximum current is ±3 A in Hi Current mode and ±1.5 A in Hi Voltage mode, spread across 11 current ranges, or 13 with internal gain applied. Maximum applied potential is ±11 V, and ±32 V in Stack Mode. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy covers 10 µHz to 1 MHz.

Gamry's own note on the specification sheet is worth repeating: Gamry potentiostats are specified conservatively, and actual performance may be significantly better than the published specifications indicate. Values listed as typical are representative rather than guaranteed.
