The Sagola 4600 Gravity Spray Gun is a gravity-fed paint spray gun built for an even, uniform paint distribution from top to bottom of the fan pattern. That uniformity matters most with difficult base colours such as metallics, silvers and pearls, where an uneven fan shows up as shadows, patch coats and striping. By keeping the pattern stable, the Sagola 4600 Gravity Spray Gun reduces those defects while using less paint, less air and less time.

The Sagola 4600 Gravity Spray Gun uses Dynamic Flow Technology, which draws on the ambient air around the aircap so the gun produces a stable, well atomised fan even at lower working pressures, with less bounce back and overspray. Metal to Metal construction uses fewer joints, o-rings and seals than a conventional gun, with no packings, joints or seals in the fluid area, which lowers maintenance, speeds cleaning and colour changes and improves reliability.

The Sagola 4600 Gravity Spray Gun runs on a family of DVR aircaps. Output flow ranges from 170 to 229 g/min and air consumption from 280 to 450 L/min depending on the DVR BASE, HVLP, CLEAR or CLEAR PRO aircap fitted, with a recommended working pressure of 2 bar. Both digital and standard versions of the Sagola 4600 Gravity Spray Gun weigh 675 g with the supplied 650 ml cup, use an 80 mesh paint filter and a BSP 1/4 inch high flow air inlet. Aircap, needle and nozzle kits are sold separately by part number.
