The Sagola 3300 GTO Suction Spray Gun (part numbers PG10120910, PG10120911 and PG101520912) is a light, ergonomic pneumatic spray gun for applying enamels, varnishes, primers and basecoats. It is built for high speed application and a large fan size while keeping air consumption low, which helps maintain transfer efficiency and a consistent finish across larger areas.

Maintenance is kept to a minimum because there are no gaskets, rubber or plastic parts in the product area: only metal contacts metal. The EPA aircaps and stainless steel needles and nozzles support a high quality spray regardless of the coating. The Sagola 3300 GTO Suction Spray Gun runs on a 1 litre aluminium suction cup, with a 9.5 mm BSP male product inlet and a 6.35 mm BSP male air inlet. Design pressure is 8 bar with a working pressure of 2 to 3 bar, average sound pressure level is 80 dB, and the gun weighs 504 g measuring 173 by 172 by 42 mm without the cup.

Three needle and nozzle setups tailor the gun to the job. The 1.40 mm is for high quality finishes, dyes and metallics, the 1.60 mm for general finishes, and the 1.80 mm for primers and finishes; all run at 2.0 to 3.0 bar, 240 LPM air consumption at 2 bar, and an application distance of 15 to 18 cm, with fan widths of 225 to 245 mm. The gun complies with ATEX II 2G Ex ia IIC T4 Gb (Directive 2014/34/EU), EN 1953 and CE, and ships with the aircap, needle and nozzle kit fitted, a hexagonal wrench and a cleaning brush.
