The Sagola 4098 Automatic Spray Gun (part number PG10250601) is a compact automatic spray gun for the application of ceramic and abrasive products. As an automatic gun it is intended to be mounted into a line or fixture rather than hand-held, applying coatings under machine control.

Its small size and low weight allow it to be installed where space is restricted, which matters on automated lines and in tight fixtures where a full-size manual gun will not fit. Product closure is handled by a membrane system, which keeps maintenance low. The materials in contact with the product are stainless steel, anodised aluminium, tungsten carbide, brass and Teflon, chosen to stand up to the abrasive media the gun is built to spray.

The Sagola 4098 Automatic Spray Gun measures 70 by 90 by 110 mm and weighs 470 g. Both the operation and air inlet connections are 8 mm, with a 3/8 inch BSP product inlet. Minimum operational pressure is 3.5 bar and maximum air pressure is 6 bar, with a recommended maximum of 2 to 3 bar and a recommended application distance of 18 to 20 cm. It is supplied with a 765 aircap and a 1.40 mm stainless steel nozzle; the 765 aircap is also available separately under part number PT56418266.
