The Sagola 4100 Xtreme Ceramic Pressure Spray Gun is a pressure-feed spray gun built for highly refined ceramic applications that use abrasive products. Abrasive ceramic glazes and slurries wear ordinary spray guns quickly, so the wetted parts here are chosen for hardness and corrosion resistance to keep atomisation and finish quality consistent over a long service life.

The needles and nozzles are tungsten carbide, paired with anodised aluminium air caps, to resist wear from abrasive products. The product area is designed without seals or plastic parts, which keeps cleaning and maintenance simple, and the Sagola 4100 Xtreme Ceramic Pressure Spray Gun is perfectly balanced for comfortable use over prolonged periods. Materials in contact with the product are stainless steel, POM, Teflon, Nylon and tungsten carbide.

The Sagola 4100 Xtreme Ceramic Pressure Spray Gun measures 200 x 190 x 420 mm with the cup and weighs 552 g. The air inlet coupling is 19 mm BSP male and the product inlet coupling is 6.35 mm BSP male. Design pressure is 10 bar and working pressure is 2 to 3 bar. The Sagola 4100 Xtreme Ceramic Pressure Spray Gun complies with ATEX II 2G x (Directive 2014/34/EU), marking it suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
