The Sagola 4100 Xtreme PD Pressure Spray Gun (part number PG10152301) is a pressure-fed spray gun built for dense products. The Sagola 4100 Xtreme PD Pressure Spray Gun is suited to road marking paints, primers, waterproofing, intumescent coatings and soil stabilising coatings, where the material is too viscous for a standard suction or gravity gun.

Spraying high-viscosity materials is the problem the Sagola 4100 Xtreme PD Pressure Spray Gun solves: it offers an affordable alternative to other methods of applying viscose materials, and covers a wide range of work from warehouse floors to road lines, cementitious intumescent coatings and sound deadening materials. The Duck Bill air cap produces sharp edges on road lines and reaches into hard to access areas.

The Sagola 4100 Xtreme PD Pressure Spray Gun measures 200 by 190 by 420 mm and weighs 552 g. It has a 19 mm BSP male air inlet and a 6.35 mm BSP male product inlet, a design pressure of 8 bar and a working pressure of 2 to 3 bar, drawing 147 lpm of air at a 2 bar inlet with an average sound pressure level of 80 dB. Materials in contact with the product are INOX, POM, Teflon and Nylon. The Sagola 4100 Xtreme PD Pressure Spray Gun complies with ATEX II 2G x (Directive 2014/34/EU) and is supplied with a PD01 aircap and a 6.00 mm needle and nozzle kit.
