The Sagola 419 Premium Pressure Spray Gun (part number PG20150701) is a pressure-fed spray gun for textured and heavy coatings. It is suited to stucco, non-slip coatings, decorative flakes and render, and can also be used for waterproofing and suitable cementitious coatings.
Thick, textured materials clog ordinary guns and are hard to feed consistently, so the Sagola 419 Premium Pressure Spray Gun is built for that duty. It carries product and air regulators, an air on/off valve, a trigger lock and a product anti-jamming system to keep the material moving. The body of the Sagola 419 Premium Pressure Spray Gun has a non-stick coating for ease of cleaning, which matters with the abrasive, fast-setting coatings it handles. It is built to run with the Elcometer P30B and Elcometer P60B pressure tanks for a steady fed supply.
The Sagola 419 Premium Pressure Spray Gun measures 170 by 100 by 320 mm and weighs 493 g. It has a 6.35 mm BSP male air inlet and a 19 mm BSP male product inlet, with a design pressure of 8 bar and a working pressure of 2 bar. Materials in contact with the product are anodised aluminium, chromed aluminium, POM, INOX and brass. The Sagola 419 Premium Pressure Spray Gun complies with ATEX II 2G x (Directive 2014/34/EU) and is supplied with 4.50 mm, 6.00 mm and 8.00 mm stainless steel aircaps and nozzles, a 2.30 mm needle, a hexagonal wrench and a cleaning brush. Supplied by BAMR, South Africa's authorised distributor.

Frequently asked questions
What types of coatings can the Sagola 419 handle?
The Sagola 419 is designed for stucco, non-slip coating, decorative flakes, render, waterproofing and cementitious coatings. Interchangeable aircap and nozzle kits in 4.50mm, 6.00mm and 8.00mm allow adjustment for different material viscosities.
What is the working pressure range for the Sagola 419?
The gun operates at 2 bar working pressure with an 8 bar design pressure. This low-pressure design suits texture coatings and pastes where conventional high-pressure atomisation would damage the coating.
Is the Sagola 419 approved for use in hazardous areas?
Yes. The gun holds ATEX II 2G x certification to Directive 2014/34/EU, making it suitable for use in areas with potentially explosive atmospheres.
What materials come into contact with the coatings?
Anodised aluminium, chromed aluminium, POM, INOX stainless steel and brass are in direct contact with the sprayed material. This material selection eliminates corrosion and contamination risk across a wide coating range.
Are specialty needle and nozzle kits available for the Sagola 419?
Yes. Dedicated needle and nozzle kits are available for thin texture paint, Japanese pastes and liquid stone applications. Aircaps and nozzles can also be ordered separately in 4.50mm, 6.00mm and 8.00mm.
