The Sagola 437 Plus Air Lubricator (part numbers PT10710303, PT10710302 and PT10710301) is an in-line lubricator that meters oil into the compressed air supply feeding pneumatic tools and spray equipment. Pneumatic tools rely on a fine film of oil to protect their internal moving parts. Without it, components run dry, wear faster and fail early, so steady lubrication of the air line is part of keeping spray guns and air tools working reliably.

The Sagola 437 Plus Air Lubricator works on a drop by drop system. A manual oil regulator controls the dosing rate, and an oil level check window lets the operator confirm the reservoir level and watch each drop pass, with safe operation from 3 l/min upward. It is CNC machined from solid aluminium with minimum flow restrictions, so it adds little resistance to the line while keeping maintenance low.

Air flow is rated at 1920 l/min at 7 bar, with a maximum working pressure of 10 bar and a maximum operating temperature of 90 degrees C. The body measures 165 x 73 x 73 mm without coupling and weighs 446 g. The three part numbers correspond to 1/2 inch, 3/8 inch and 1/4 inch inlet and outlet sizes, so it can be matched to existing hose and fitting dimensions. It is used in bodyshops, workshops and industrial air installations, and is supplied by BAMR, South Africa's authorised Sagola distributor.
