The Sagola 4600 Digital Gravity Spray Gun is a gravity-feed spray gun, available in digital and standard versions, that delivers even and uniform paint distribution from top to bottom. That uniformity is why it suits difficult base colours such as metallics, silvers and pearls, and it minimises common paint defects like shadows, patch coats and striping while using less paint, less air and less time.
Two design features carry the performance. Dynamic Flow Technology harnesses the ambient air around the aircap so the Sagola 4600 Digital Gravity Spray Gun gives a stable, uniform fan and superior atomisation even at lower working pressures, with less bounce back and overspray and easier overlapping. Metal to Metal Technology uses aerospace grade engineering with fewer joints, o-rings and seals than other guns, which means low maintenance, fewer wearing parts, fast clean and colour change, no packings or seals in the fluid area, and greater reliability.
The gun is offered with DVR BASE, DVR HVLP, DVR CLEAR and DVR CLEAR PRO aircaps. Output flow ranges from 170 to 229 g/min, air consumption from 280 to 450 L/min, fan width from 275 to 325 cm and application distance from 15 to 20 cm, depending on the aircap, with air inlet pressures of 1.8 to 2.2 bar. Both digital and standard versions weigh 675 g with the supplied cup (492.8 g without), use a high-flow BSP 1/4 inch male air inlet, an 80 mesh paint filter, a 650 ml cup and a recommended working pressure of 2 bar. Needle and nozzle kits run from 1.20 mm to 1.40 mm with bar and psi options. Supplied by BAMR, South Africa's authorised Sagola distributor.
