The Sagola 4600 Xtreme Digital Gravity Spray Gun is a gravity-fed spray gun for the bodyshop professional, fitted with an integrated digital pressure gauge so air pressure is read and set precisely at the gun. Inconsistent inlet pressure is a common cause of variable atomisation and finish quality, so reading pressure directly at the gun, rather than guessing from the regulator, gives repeatable results across jobs and operators.

Setup uses a high precision soft flow air valve that lets the operator set air pressure accurately without spraying any paint, so none is wasted while dialling in the pattern. The Plug and Paint approach leaves the fan regulator fully open for a uniform, symmetrical fan every time. The Sagola 4600 Xtreme Digital Gravity Spray Gun suits express drying, HS and UHS clearcoats, one coat systems, wet on wet primers, industrial and single stage finishes, and waterborne and solvent based basecoats, through interchangeable stainless steel nozzles and colour coded aluminium aircaps.

The anodised forged aluminium body weighs 706 g with the supplied 650 ml anti-drip cup and 518 g without, uses an 80 mesh paint filter and a 6.35 mm male BSP air inlet. The digital gauge reads 0 to 10 bar with ±0.16 bar accuracy and a user-replaceable CR-1/3N Li-Mn 3v battery. It carries ATEX II 2GX and SQMDA 1151-1136 California compliance, marking it for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and to that emissions standard. Built without gaskets or seals in the product area for low maintenance, it is supplied by BAMR, South Africa's authorised Sagola distributor.
