The Sagola 4600 Xtreme Gravity Spray Gun is a compact, lightweight gravity-fed spray gun for the bodyshop professional, built for high material transfer rates and fast, consistent application. High transfer efficiency means more of the paint reaches the panel rather than being lost as overspray, which saves material and time while delivering a consistent finish across a job.

Weight is reduced at the front of the gun and the centre of gravity sits in the palm of the hand, so the gun stays balanced and comfortable and reduces operator fatigue over a working day. The Plug and Paint approach leaves the fan regulator fully open, so once the air pressure is set the Sagola 4600 Xtreme Gravity Spray Gun produces a uniform, symmetrical fan every time. It suits a wide range of materials, including express drying, HS and UHS clearcoats, one coat systems, wet on wet primers, industrial and single stage finishes, and waterborne and solvent based basecoats through the DVR aircap range.

The anodised forged aluminium body weighs 670 g with the supplied 650 ml anti-drip cup and 485.5 g without, uses an 80 mesh paint filter and a 6.35 mm male BSP air inlet. It is manufactured without gaskets or seals in the product area, just metal in contact with metal, which keeps it easy to clean and maintain. The Sagola 4600 Xtreme Gravity Spray Gun carries ATEX II 2G x compliance under Directive 2014/34/EU for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
