The Sagola 500 PSAM Airless Pressure Spray Gun (part number PG30170111) is a manual airless spray gun designed for systems running up to 500 bar, delivering fast, high product output with minimum overspray. Airless spraying atomises paint by forcing it through a small tip at high pressure rather than with compressed air, which suits high output work on large areas and thicker coatings where transfer efficiency and speed matter.

The gun has a forged, anodised aluminium body with tungsten carbide needle closures and seats, so the high-wear sealing points last longer under high pressure. It is built without gaskets, seals or plastic parts in the product path, relying on metal on metal construction for low maintenance, and includes a safety lock, a smooth-glide swivel for easier movement under pressure, a 1/4 inch revolving coupling and filter holder, and a stainless steel four-finger trigger to reduce fatigue. Gun filters are available in 50 to 200 mesh grades, identified by colour, and the gun is compatible with other RAC airless tip systems.

The body measures 172 x 19 x 182 mm, weighs 510 g, uses a 6.35 mm BSP male product inlet and has a maximum working pressure of 500 bar at an average sound pressure level of 80 dB. Reversible and fixed tips are available across a range of nozzle sizes and spray angles for finishes, basecoats, primers, high viscosity products and thick coats. The gun conforms to 2006/42/CE, ATEX II 2G IIB T3, UNE-EN ISO 80079-36:20, UNE-EN ISO 12100:2012, EN 12621, EN 12162 and EN 1127-1, covering machinery safety and use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
