The Sagola 5100X Air Regulator Filter, Stage 1 is a single-stage compressed air filter supplied with a pressure regulator and analogue pressure gauge. Spray finishing with HS paints and high quality coatings fails when the air supply carries water or impurities, or when line pressure is unstable, so this unit conditions and regulates the air before it reaches the gun.
Filtration is by friction and centrifugal action through an 8 micron sinterised brass filter, with a triple filtration system retaining water and impurities while keeping pressure loss to a minimum. An automatic draining system clears trapped condensate and reduces maintenance, and an air-assisted regulator wheel sets line pressure. Two outlets allow two tools to be run at once. The machined aluminium casing gives heavy duty protection for long service.
Specifications include air flow above 3000 LPM (106 CFM) at 7 bar, a 12.7 mm BSP air inlet and 6.35 mm BSP air outlet, a maximum working pressure of 12 bar and a maximum operating temperature of 90 degrees C. The Sagola 5100X Air Regulator Filter measures 159 x 123 x 373 mm and weighs 2.64 kg. It ships with the brass filter complete with integrated life timer, two male BSPT 6.35 mm couplings, an analogue pressure gauge and a support bracket.
