The Sagola 5300X Plus 3 Stage Plus Regulator Filter (part numbers PT10730309, PT10730306 and PT10730310) is a three-stage compressed air regulator filter offering the maximum filtration level in spray booths and lines with a high quality air demand. Where waterborne paint is used, or where organic fumes circulate in the air network, contamination and foul air degrade the finish, so this unit removes particulate, moisture and vapour contamination before the gun.

It shares the filtration of the standard 5300X but adds a double outlet after the coalescent filter together with a final single outlet. Stage 1 uses an 8 micron sinterised brass pre-filter to remove large particulates, water and oil by centrifugal force. Stage 2 is a 0.01 micron coalescent filter. Stage 3 is a wide surface activated carbon filter for oil vapours, smells and hydrocarbons, so the process eliminates organic fumes and foul air alongside water and impurities. An automatic and semi-automatic drain system clears condensate, and the heavy duty construction gives long service life.

Specifications include air flow of 2870 LPM at 7 bar, a 12.7 mm BSP air inlet and 6.35 mm BSP air outlet, a maximum working pressure of 12 bar and a maximum operating temperature of 90 degrees C. The Sagola 5300X Plus 3 Stage Plus Regulator Filter measures 377 x 119 x 372 mm and weighs 6.8 kg. It ships with the brass, coalescent and active carbon filters, all with integrated life timers, three male BSPT 6.35 mm couplings, two analogue pressure gauges and a support bracket.
