The Sagola Airless Product Hose (part numbers PT86463826, PT86463827 and PT86463828) is a metal-reinforced fluid hose for airless spray painting systems, compatible with the Elcometer Typhoon Airless Pump. Airless painting pushes coating material at very high pressure, so the hose carrying it has to hold that pressure safely and resist the solvents and abrasion that would otherwise cause leaks, bursts or contaminated finishes. The Sagola Airless Product Hose is built to do that across long runs and at the high temperatures found in spray work.

The construction of the Sagola Airless Product Hose uses a polyamide inner with metal reinforcement and a polyurethane outer, in a 6 mm internal by 11.7 mm external diameter, finished in black with 1/4" swivel couplings at each end so the line resists kinking as the operator moves. It carries a maximum working pressure of 325 bar and a breakage pressure of 1300 bar, and operates from -40 degrees C to 98 degrees C. The Sagola Airless Product Hose is supplied in 5 m (PT86463826), 10 m (PT86463827) and 15 m (PT86463828) lengths.

The Sagola Airless Product Hose complies with ATEX 2014/34/EU II 2G cT5 for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, along with DIN EN 11 27-2, DIN 8028 - 6.3 and BGR 132 - 3.3.5. It is used in industrial finishing and coatings work and is supplied by BAMR, South Africa's authorised distributor.
