The Sagola Classic LUX Gravity Spray Gun is a conventional gravity-fed spray gun supplied across part numbers PG20141406, PG20141401, PG20141402, PG20141404 and PG20141403, built for refinishing work that calls for low air consumption and consistent atomisation. The point of a gun like this is control: the right needle and nozzle combination, fan width and pressure determine whether a basecoat, clearcoat, surfacer or filler lays down evenly or finishes with runs, dry spray and wasted material.

The Sagola Classic LUX Gravity Spray Gun feeds paint by gravity from a 650ml cup fitted with an anti-drip system and is built around a stainless steel needle and nozzle and high-quality aircaps that keep air consumption low. Needle and nozzle kits for the Sagola Classic LUX Gravity Spray Gun run from 1.40mm, suited to basecoats and clearcoats, through 1.60mm and 1.80mm for sanding surfacers, to 2.00mm for fillers. The 1.40 setup works at 1.5 to 2.0bar, draws 190LPM at 2bar, delivers an average 218g/min and sprays a fan up to 210mm at an application distance of 18 to 20cm. The larger 2.00mm kit runs at 1.8 to 2.5bar and 210LPM. The air inlet of the Sagola Classic LUX Gravity Spray Gun is a 6.35mm male BSP coupling.
