The Sagola Mini V Automatic Spray Gun is a small, high precision automatic spray gun for coating small components or reaching hard to access areas on a paint line. Fixed automatic guns on a finishing line need to reach into complex geometry and apply a controlled, repeatable pattern; the Mini V's compact 116 x 48 x 58mm body and 216g weight let it fit into the smallest spaces and be manoeuvred around intricately shaped parts.

The Sagola Mini V Automatic Spray Gun uses metal on metal technology, with no air diffusers, blind chambers or threads in contact with the paint and no gaskets, seals or plastic parts in the product area, which makes it easier to clean and maintain. A stainless steel needle and nozzle, a high precision product regulator and a fan regulator give control over paint flow and over fan size from 50mm up to 348mm, with the fan distributed evenly independent of product viscosity. An extensive range of interchangeable needles, nozzles and aircaps for the Sagola Mini V Automatic Spray Gun lets it apply solvent or water-based products. Maximum air pressure is 5 bar, with 2 to 3 bar recommended.

The Sagola Mini V Automatic Spray Gun is available with HVLP, EPA, TECH and AERO JET aircaps in nozzle sizes from 0.30mm upward, and conforms to Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX II 2G Ex ia IIC T4 Gb), EN 1953 and CE, confirming its suitability for use in explosive atmospheres. Each Sagola Mini V Automatic Spray Gun is supplied with an aircap, stainless steel needle and nozzle kit, cleaning brush and wrench.
