The Sagola Mini Xtreme Mix Air Assisted Airless Spray Gun is a compact air assisted airless gun aimed at French polishers and finishers applying UV coatings to complex shapes or hard to reach areas. Air assisted airless atomisation combines fluid pressure with shaping air, so it lays down a high quality finish while keeping overspray and material waste lower than conventional spraying. That matters where finish quality has to be consistent across awkward profiles and where coating cost adds up across a production run.
The Sagola Mini Xtreme Mix Air Assisted Airless Spray Gun runs at a working pressure of 150 to 200 bar against a design pressure of 200 bar, and it is built to work with any assisted airless pump up to 200 bar fluid pressure. Air consumption at the aircap is 150 lpm. A 360 degree revolving swivel keeps hoses from coiling and adds comfort during extended use, and at 555 g with the cup, measuring 172 x 190 x 182 mm, the Sagola Mini Xtreme Mix Air Assisted Airless Spray Gun stays light in the hand. Couplings are M16 on the air inlet and 6.35 mm BSP male on the product inlet, with a 100 mesh product filter.
The Sagola Mini Xtreme Mix Air Assisted Airless Spray Gun carries ATEX II 2G x certification under Directive 2014/34/EU, marking it for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The Sagola Mini Xtreme Mix Air Assisted Airless Spray Gun is supplied with the Mini Xtreme Mix aircap, a 100 mesh product filter, yellow spring (max 120 bar) and red spring (max 200 bar), cleaning brush, wrench, a tungsten carbide needle and nozzle kit, and an air assisted airless spray tip. Supplied by BAMR, South Africa's authorised Sagola distributor.
