The Sagola Mini Xtreme Pressure Spray Gun is a lightweight, compact pressure-fed spray gun built for continuous bodyshop use, spot repairs, lettering and complex surface areas. Its small size lets it reach into difficult areas where a full-size gun cannot work cleanly, and its ergonomic balance keeps operator fatigue down across a full working day.

Fed from a pressure pot or double diaphragm pump, the Sagola Mini Xtreme Pressure Spray Gun reaches high product flow in fan patterns of more than 40 cm, so it covers ground quickly without sacrificing control. A wide range of interchangeable aircaps, needles and nozzles lets a single gun handle clearcoats, basecoats, primers, surfacers and fillers depending on the kit ordered, with Mini EPA, Mini VIT and Mini HVLP aircaps and 0.80, 1.00 and 1.20 mm needle and nozzle combinations available. The metal to metal construction uses no gaskets, seals or plastic parts, which keeps maintenance low and cleaning straightforward.

The Sagola Mini Xtreme Pressure Spray Gun weighs 383 g and measures 158.1 x 18 x 164.83 mm. It runs at a working pressure of 2 to 3 bar against an 8 bar design pressure, with a 6.35 mm male BSP air inlet and a 9.5 mm male BSP product inlet. It carries ATEX II 2G T60 C X certification under Directive 94/9/CE for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
