The Sagola Mini Xtreme Spray Gun is a compact gravity-fed spray gun that carries the functionality of the Sagola 4600 Xtreme in a lighter, smaller body designed primarily for spot repair. With the right aircap, needle and nozzle combination the Sagola Mini Xtreme Spray Gun also works as a finishing gun, making use of its low weight, ergonomics and low air consumption. The compact size of the Sagola Mini Xtreme Spray Gun suits smaller parts and hard to reach areas where a full-size gun is awkward, and it can produce a fan width up to 26 cm.

Air consumption is only 190 l/min at 2 bar inlet pressure on the 0.80 and 1.00 mm set-ups, which keeps compressor demand modest. Interchangeable stainless steel nozzles and aluminium aircaps for the Sagola Mini Xtreme Spray Gun cover a range of coatings: a 0.60 needle and nozzle for low viscosity primers, 0.80 for solvent based coats, and 1.00 for express drying and HS clearcoats, with working pressures from 0.5 to 1.5 bar depending on set-up. Four cup choices are available for the Sagola Mini Xtreme Spray Gun, including reusable 125 ml and 200 ml plastic cups for spot repair, a 500 ml cup for finishes and a black 125 ml cup for UV-cured paints. The product regulator of the Sagola Mini Xtreme Spray Gun carries a flow indicator ring for precise flow measurement.

Built without gaskets or seals in the product area and with no metallic or plastic external parts for air distribution, the Sagola Mini Xtreme Spray Gun is easy to clean and maintain. The anodised forged aluminium body of the Sagola Mini Xtreme Spray Gun weighs 365 g without a cup, and the Sagola Mini Xtreme Spray Gun carries ATEX II 2G T60 C X certification under Directive 94/9/CE.
