The Sagola PSAA 108 (part number PG30270101) is an automatic airless spray gun for applying medium and high viscosity products at fluid pressures up to 300bar. Airless atomisation forces the coating through a fine tip under high pressure rather than mixing it with air, which is what allows thick, high-build products to be sprayed cleanly. Mounting the gun as an automatic unit lets it run in fixed or reciprocating installations rather than being hand-held.

The Sagola PSAA 108 Airless Automatic Spray Gun works to a maximum fluid pressure of 300bar with a minimum operational pressure of 3.5bar and an 8mm operation inlet connection, and the product inlet is a BSP 1/4" connection. Tungsten carbide closures keep maintenance low under the wear that high-pressure spraying produces, and both reversible and fixed tips are available to suit the coating being applied. Wetted parts are stainless steel, nylon, anodised aluminium, viton and tungsten carbide, and the recommended application distance is 18 to 20cm. The gun measures 178 x 59 x 81mm and weighs 817g.
