The Sagola Super Flow Drying Gun (part number PT10340401) is an air-powered drying gun built to speed the evaporation of water from waterborne paints. Waterborne finishes hold moisture that air-dries slowly, and that wait time costs throughput in a busy bodyshop or production line. The Sagola Super Flow Drying Gun drives a high volume of air across the coated surface to pull water off faster, cutting drying times and increasing the number of parts a finisher can process in a shift.

The Sagola Super Flow Drying Gun delivers up to 6,000 l/min of air at a working pressure of 3 to 6 bar, with air consumption between 300 and 600 LPM and a recommended application distance of 50 to 80 cm. A built-in adjustable venturi regulator lets the operator vary the drying technique to suit the coated surface, a retouched area or a specific part. The Sagola Super Flow Drying Gun weighs 580 g, measures 115 x 65 x 200 mm, connects through a 6.35 mm BSP air inlet and draws air through a 40 mesh stainless steel filter. The body of the Sagola Super Flow Drying Gun can be fully dismantled for cleaning and maintenance, which keeps it serviceable over a long life and avoids pollution.

The Sagola Super Flow Drying Gun complies with ATEX CE Ex II 2G X for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. It is supplied complete with the stainless steel 40 mesh filter by BAMR, South Africa's authorised Sagola distributor.
