The Sagola V4000 Automatic Spray Gun is an automatic spray gun for demanding automated and robotic paint lines, delivering a consistent high quality finish across continuous production. On an automated line, consistency is the whole point: every part must receive the same film build and pattern, and the gun has to run for long periods without drift, contamination or downtime for cleaning. The V4000 carries the benefits of the Sagola X4100 in an automatic format built for that duty.

The Sagola V4000 Automatic Spray Gun is available with manual or robotic fan-size control, where on the robotic version an air inlet replaces the manual regulator wheel, and with a direct mount or quick change mount. The quick change mount lets the gun be repositioned in exactly the same place with the same set-up parameters, reducing downtime on maintenance and cleaning. An extensive range of interchangeable needles, nozzles and aircaps lets it apply all types of paints and sprayable products, including abrasive fluids. Metal on metal construction means no air diffusers, blind chambers or threads contact the paint, and no gaskets, seals or plastic parts sit in the product area, so cleaning and maintenance are straightforward. Materials in contact with the product are stainless steel, POM, Teflon, nylon and tungsten carbide.

Configurations weigh from 915 g to 1.32 kg. Maximum air pressure is 8 bar with a recommended working pressure of 2 to 3 bar, and operation, air and product inlets use 4 mm, 4 mm and BSP 1/4 inch M connections. The Sagola V4000 Automatic Spray Gun is manufactured in accordance with EN 1953:2013 Ap. 5.2.4, the standard covering atomising equipment for coating materials and its safety requirements. Each gun ships with a V4000 series aircap, a stainless steel or tungsten carbide needle and nozzle kit, a cleaning brush and wrench. Supplied by BAMR, South Africa's authorised Sagola distributor.
