The Sagola V7 Mix Air Assisted Airless Automatic Spray Gun (part numbers PG35230101 and PG35230102) is a high-production automatic air assisted airless gun built to reduce spray mist and improve working conditions on production lines. Lower mist means less airborne pollution and lower product consumption, which cuts coating cost and improves the environment around the line, while the air assisted airless principle keeps atomisation quality high on lacquers, clearcoats and UV paints.

A tungsten carbide product closure mechanism gives high open and close rates, suiting the Sagola V7 Mix Air Assisted Airless Automatic Spray Gun to robots and specialist machinery where fast, repeatable triggering is needed. The Sagola V7 Mix Air Assisted Airless Automatic Spray Gun applies high pressure at speed, so it is suited to lacquers, clearcoats and UV paints. It measures 169 x 60 x 120 mm and weighs 945 g, with a 4 mm operation inlet, 8 mm air inlet and BSP 1/2 inch H product inlet. Minimum operational pressure is 3.5 bar, maximum air pressure is 30/150 bar with a recommended maximum of 2 bar, and air consumption is 150 lpm. Average sound pressure level is 79 dB. Materials in contact with the product are stainless steel, tungsten carbide, Teflon, anodised aluminium, brass and nylon, with a recommended application distance of 18 to 20 cm.

Two versions of the Sagola V7 Mix Air Assisted Airless Automatic Spray Gun are offered, a standard automatic gun (PG35230101) and a robot automatic gun (PG35230102), both supplied with a 13/40 spray tip, the V7 Mix aircap and an air assisted airless spray tip.
