The Sagola X 4100 Gravity Spray Gun is a gravity-fed spray gun built for high-production industrial bodyshops applying finishes to industrial vehicles, trailers and coachwork. Continuous all-day spraying puts a premium on balance, low maintenance and repeatable finish quality, and the Sagola X 4100 Gravity Spray Gun is built around those needs: ergonomically balanced for long sessions and built to clean quickly with minimal downtime between colours.

The Sagola X 4100 Gravity Spray Gun takes a wide range of high-resistance aluminium aircaps in high-transfer EPA and HVLP versions, colour-coded for easy identification and matched to basecoats, clearcoats and one-coat systems. Interchangeable stainless steel nozzles give smooth, fast paint flow, and a high-precision soft-flow air valve lets the operator set air pressure accurately without spraying paint to find the pattern, so no material is wasted during set-up. There are no metallic or plastic external parts for air distribution and no gaskets or seals in the product area, just metal in contact with metal, which keeps cleaning and maintenance simple. A single-piece automatic paint packing gland reduces breakage and is easy to remove for cleaning.

The anodised forged aluminium body of the Sagola X 4100 Gravity Spray Gun weighs 502 g without the cup and 692 g with the supplied 650 ml anti-drip cup, measuring 340 x 170 x 42 mm with the cup. The air inlet is 6.35 mm male BSP, the paint filter is 100 mesh and average sound pressure level is 80 dB. The Sagola X 4100 Gravity Spray Gun carries ATEX II 2G x certification under Directive 2014/34/EU for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Each Sagola X 4100 Gravity Spray Gun ships with the fitted aircap and needle nozzle kit, the 650 ml cup with filter, a wrench, cleaning brush and air valve key assembly.
