The Sagola X 4100 Series Pressure Spray Gun is a pressure-fed spray gun built for demanding industrial bodyshops that need consistent finish quality through continuous use. Pressure feed keeps material flow steady across long runs and larger areas, and the X 4100 pairs that with a perfectly balanced body for comfortable all-day use and a construction that cleans quickly between coatings.

Interchangeable stainless steel nozzles and colour-coded aluminium aircaps in high-transfer Conventional (CA) and HVLP versions let one gun match basecoats, clearcoats and one-coat systems, with needle and nozzle sizes from 1.00 to 1.80 mm across the aircap range. A high-precision soft-flow air valve sets air pressure accurately without spraying paint to find the pattern, so material is not wasted during set-up. There are no metallic or plastic external parts for air distribution and no gaskets or seals in the product area, just metal in contact with metal, and a single-piece automatic paint packing gland that resists breakage and lifts out easily for cleaning. An optional filter holder with swivel coupling is available.

The anodised forged aluminium body measures 20 x 17 x 4.2 cm and weighs 645 g with the filter holder. The air inlet is 6.35 mm male BSP, the product inlet 9.5 mm male BSP, and the paint filter is 80 mesh. Working pressure is 2 to 3 bar against an 8 bar design pressure, and average sound pressure level is 80 dB. The gun carries ATEX II 2G x certification under Directive 2014/34/EU for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
