The Sagola Spot Repair Kit (part numbers PG10141708, PG10141709 and PG10141710) is a complete spray-finishing kit for spot and SMART (Small and Medium Area Repair Technique) repairs, touch-ups of small to large panels, and spraying smaller panels and parts. The aim is to complete jobs faster while using less material, which lowers both turnaround time and paint cost in a bodyshop.
The Sagola Spot Repair Kit is built around two Sagola Mini Xtreme spray guns, supplied with 1.00mm fluid nozzle sets: one configured for basecoat (Aqua air cap for water-based, HVLP air cap for solvent-based) and one for clearcoat (EPA air cap). A spare 1.2mm needle and nozzle kit handles UHS clearcoats, 2K topcoats, primers, UV primers and thicker basecoats, while a Mini Tech air cap with a 0.6mm needle and nozzle kit turns the gun into an airbrush for the finest retouches. Paint cups in 125ml and 200ml suit any size of repair.
Two premium Sagola RC1 flow regulators give precise air control for basecoats, drop coats and blending adjacent panels, supported by two 3M PPS disposable cup couplings and two steel connectors supplied in Euro Profile, US MIL or Nitto depending on the kit version. The Sagola Spot Repair Kit also includes 100ml of spray gun lubricant grease, colour-coded O-rings, a spray gun tool and cleaning brush, all laid out in a solid protective case.
