The Sagola M210 Mask with Exhalation Valve is a self-filtering paper mask for solid and liquid particles of low and medium toxicity, fitted with a built-in exhalation valve to make breathing easier. In dusty or fume-laden workshop tasks, exhaled air and heat can build up inside a sealed mask and make extended wear uncomfortable; the valve vents that exhaled breath, which keeps the Sagola M210 Mask easier to wear over a longer working period.
The Sagola M210 Mask is intended for use against non-ferrous metal dust, welding metal fumes, gasses and mists, but not against materials such as lead, aluminium and manganese. It carries a nominal protection factor (NPF) of 12, meaning the concentration permitted in the atmosphere is 12 times the threshold limit value.
A double elastic tape with a flexible metallic strip lets the Sagola M210 Mask be adjusted to the nose area for a closer seal. The M210 shares the self-filtering paper construction of the standard Sagola mask range, adding the exhalation valve for improved breathing comfort. The Sagola M210 Mask is supplied by BAMR, South Africa's authorised distributor.
