The Elcometer P25T Pressure Tank (part number PP25T-MA) is a 25 litre fluid supply tank for spray application, suitable for use with solvent and water-based paints. It holds a larger volume of material under regulated pressure, so two spray guns can be fed continuously without the frequent refilling that interrupts production on bigger coating jobs.

The body is stainless steel with a Teflon coated aluminium lid, and the Elcometer P25T Pressure Tank runs on robust castor wheels for moving around site. A dual air regulator with discharge valve sets the spray gun and pot pressures independently, which matters where atomisation and fluid delivery need separate control. Working pressure is rated to a maximum of 4 bar, with the air pressure gauge reading 0 to 4 bar and the product pressure gauge 0 to 8 bar. The air inlet is 6.35mm BSP male, the product outlet is 9.52mm male BSP at the top, and the tank operates from 0 to 50 degrees C. With agitator it measures 365 x 365 x 744mm and weighs 38kg.

The tank ships as standard with manual agitation; rotary and oscillating pneumatic agitator kits are available. A rotary agitator keeps material continuously stirred and homogeneous, while an oscillating agitator swings through 180 degrees for products carrying solid particles that need constant mixing. An optional stainless steel 25 litre reusable liner is available. Variants are supplied pre-matched to a Sagola X 4100 spray gun with 765 or XT03 aircaps and 1.20 or 1.40 needle nozzles.
