Sagola Brass Couplings are quick-connect couplings for compressed air and fluid lines used with spray finishing equipment, supplied in standard, lightweight and safety versions to suit different installations. Quick couplings let an operator connect and disconnect hoses, spray guns and other air tools by hand without tools, which speeds up gun changes and line reconfiguration on a busy paint line.

Each Sagola Brass Coupling is machined from brass with a Buna N gasket, giving sealing properties that prevent impurities from penetrating the inside of the connection and keeping the air or fluid path clean. The range of the Sagola Brass Couplings follows the US-Mil profile and is available across a spread of thread types and sizes so the fitting matches the existing hose or tool. Male BSPT options cover 1/4 inch (PT11010520), 3/8 inch (PT11010521) and 1/2 inch (PT11010522). Female BSPP options cover 1/4 inch (PT11010420), 3/8 inch (PT11010421) and 1/2 inch (PT11010422). Barbed versions of the Sagola Brass Couplings are available in 8mm (PT11010621) and 10mm (PT11010622) for push-on hose connection.

Selected sizes of the Sagola Brass Couplings are also offered in packs of 25, including the male BSPT 1/4 inch (PT11010523) and female BSPP 1/4 inch (PT11010423), suited to workshops standardising on one fitting across multiple stations.
