The Sagola Dense Product Hose (part number PT56414129) is a heavy-duty fluid hose for moving dense materials from a pressure tank to the application point. The Sagola Dense Product Hose is built for thick, viscous products that a standard fine-bore line would struggle to feed, giving the wide internal diameter and pressure rating needed to keep dense paint or coating flowing steadily.

The Sagola Dense Product Hose has a 12mm inside diameter and 21mm outside diameter with a 3/4 inch female connection. The inner is EPDM rubber with a textile reinforcement on the outside, finished in black. The Sagola Dense Product Hose carries a maximum working pressure of 20 bar and a breakage pressure of 60 bar, and operates across a temperature range of -40 degrees C to 120 degrees C, so it tolerates both cold storage and warm working conditions.

The Sagola Dense Product Hose is compatible with the Elcometer P30B and P60B pressure tanks, making it a direct fit for those tank-fed dense material systems. Supplied in a 10m length, the Sagola Dense Product Hose is available from BAMR, South Africa's authorised distributor.
