Sagola Quick Couplings are quick-release air couplings for connecting spray guns and pneumatic tools to a workshop air supply. A reliable, fast coupling matters in a busy paint or body shop, where operators swap tools and guns repeatedly through the day and a leaking or slow connection costs both air and time. The range of the Sagola Quick Couplings covers US-Mil, Euro-Profile and Nitto systems, so a workshop can standardise on the connector profile already in use.

Three versions of the Sagola Quick Couplings are available to suit different needs: ultra-light, standard and safety. The ultra-light version weighs 45 g with an aluminium quick release collar, the standard 65 g and the safety 68 g, both with composite collars. The composite handle gives high resistance to attrition and drag. Construction uses a high strength aluminium plug body and collar, high strength steel pins and a brass valve, rated for a service life of more than 1,500,000 uses, and wear-resistance tested to more than 48,000 impacts, equivalent to a 12 km crawl. Joints are nitrile butadiene, the body plug is steel with anticorrosive treatment and the spring is stainless steel.

The Sagola Quick Couplings take a 6.35 mm air coupling, operate across a temperature range of -20 C to 100 C and pass an air flow of 1,133 lpm. The safety coupling of the Sagola Quick Couplings conforms to ISO 4414, the pneumatic fluid power safety standard, with its two-step disconnect that vents pressure before the plug releases.
