The Sagola Standard Product Hose is a fluid hose for carrying regular paint and coating products from a pressure tank to the spray gun, compatible with the Elcometer P30B and P60B pressure tanks. Choosing a hose rated for the working pressure and the products being sprayed matters, because an under-rated or chemically unsuitable hose can fail under tank pressure or degrade against solvent-borne materials.
The Sagola Standard Product Hose has a 19mm internal diameter and a 26mm outer diameter with an inner wall of EPDM rubber and a textile-reinforced outer, finished in black, and terminates in 3/4" female connections. It carries a maximum working pressure of 20bar with a breakage pressure of 60bar, and operates across a temperature range of -40 degrees C to 120 degrees C, giving headroom over normal spraying conditions.
The Sagola Standard Product Hose is offered in three lengths to suit the working distance between tank and gun: 5m (part number PT56414111), 10m (part number PT56414112) and 15m (part number PT56414113), each with female swivel coupling connections. The Sagola Standard Product Hose is used in industrial finishing where coatings are fed from a pressure tank. Supplied by BAMR, South Africa's authorised distributor.
