
The Telaire T9602 IP67 Harsh Environment Humidity and Temperature Sensor is a fully-calibrated, temperature-compensated combined humidity and temperature sensor supplied in a water-resistant IP67 package for harsh environment applications. Supplying a sensor that is ready to use, with calibration and temperature compensation already done, removes the integration and maintenance burden that otherwise leads to inaccurate readings in demanding installations.
Relative humidity is measured with 14-bit resolution (0.01% RH) and an accuracy of plus or minus 2.0% RH between 20 and 80% RH, widening to plus or minus 3.5% RH at the extremes, with a response time of 29 seconds or less. Temperature is measured at 14-bit resolution to plus or minus 0.5 degrees C over an operating range of -20 to 70 degrees C. Long term drift is low at under 0.5% RH per year and under 0.05 degrees C per year under normal conditions, with repeatability of plus or minus 0.2% RH and plus or minus 0.1 degrees C.
The Telaire T9602 IP67 Harsh Environment Humidity & Temperature Sensor provides linearised output as either a digital interface or a Pulse Density Modulated (PDM) output that can be converted to analog, and is available in multiple flexible cable lengths with flexible mounting options. Current consumption is low. Typical uses include air conditioning, refrigeration, indoor air quality, weather stations, food processing and medical instruments.
