
The Elcometer Twinline Pneumatic Remote Control Hose (TWINLINE-20B / TWINLINE-20N) is a 20 metre, 6mm internal diameter twin air line that carries the pneumatic control signal between a deadman's handle and the remote control valve on an abrasive blasting set-up. Run as a single bonded twin line rather than two loose hoses, the Elcometer Twinline Pneumatic Remote Control Hose keeps the control lines tidy alongside the blast hose, which prevents the tangles and trip hazards that loose single lines create on a working site.
Construction of the Twinline Pneumatic Remote Control Hose is spiral polyester yarn reinforced rubber, with a lining back of NR+SBTR+EPDM rubber, giving a durable, reliable hose that stays lightweight enough to handle over long runs. The bore measures 6mm ID with a 13mm OD. The Elcometer Twinline Pneumatic Remote Control Hose is rated to a 20bar working pressure and a 60bar burst pressure, and operates across a temperature range of -35C to +80C. The hose terminates in 6mm female swivel couplings that fit directly to the deadman's handle and the remote control valve outlet.
Two thread variants are offered: TWINLINE-20B with BSP thread couplings and TWINLINE-20N with NPT / NPSM thread couplings, so the Twinline Pneumatic Remote Control Hose can be matched to existing equipment.
